So here comes ur second day plan on how to lose your weight effectively. Now after you hav successfully followed the day one routine, u are on the track.Now all you have to do is just to be steady and keep on track.So now as ur body is having a new routine,you must feed it properly. Junk, oily , and fattening food is as


dangerous for u as anything..u shouldnt even smell them,lol. Ok coming to the routine, u just have to follow the same routine as day one, but now you'll be putting up more effort and exertion. Just add 10 crunches in the morning and 10 in evening..! It'll start burning your fat and will condition your body to start loosing your fat. To add to the misery of ur fat, start making 10 push ups after jogging. This would be tough to do at first. Just make as much as u can if u cant make 10. You ll finally reach 10 some day for good. You should remember that these initial days are hard...if you follow them and keep your spirits high, it wont take long to see yourself smart and buying smartfit shirts. Happy Becoming Smart!:)

this guide z too roller coster fast....i mean a person who has jst been an eating machine 4 so many years can nt jst get used to jogging in a day let alone starting push ups d next day.....it hurts to gear up ur machinery tat had been un-used...i guess we need a more elaborate nd mre steady guide......hpe u c reasn in my coment...

Yes you are right, but this guide z a general one.It is for everyone wishing to become smart not merely for really really fat who cant even move on first day.So you can follow the guide as far as u can.like if you cant make even one pushup,its fine, but you have to give it a try atleast.You ll start making pushups pretty soon.:)
