How to lose your weight- Day to Day plan.

Obesity is becoming a genuine problem for the developed countries. At one side there is malnutrition and increasing hunger and on the other side there is massive influx of calories. Energy transfer has to be balanced in order to remain physicaly and psychologically fit. weight increase not only deteriorates physical cndition but also lead the person to a state of inferiority complex. He thinks low of him self and sinks down into the state of being introvert. Lack of confidence and damage to self esteem holds alot more importance in a youngster life rather than being physically unfit. So in order to regain your lost confidence and good shape and health, you have to follow some simple steps . One of my friends has lost 20 kg only through his will power and is now enjoyng a good life. So now we are gonna arrange our dieting and exercise plan stepwise.
DAY 1: Today u have to maintain good discipline when it comes to eating habits take a boiled egg and apple and a glass of milk n breakfast at 9 am. go about your work. Lunch will be at 1 pm so eat some veget able but make sure its not excessive. Now eat only upto that limit which u find quiet easy to digest. Donot eat any fatening food like oily stuff and junk food. take fresh vegs and fruit. After that you have to go jogging at 4 and jog continuous for 30 to 45 min. In the beginning you may find it difficult but keep exerting and atleast jog for 30 min. No need of over exertion. Its just simple exercise. come back home, let yourself dry, drink some milk then take a shower. Remeber if you feel hungry at any moment, only eat fruits or drink some juice. Dont even think of carbonated drinks! At night eat some light diet like rice and eat only to survive that is no need to fulfil ur appetite. keep your tummy a bit empty at all times. Thats your first day, will come up wth ur 2nd day plan tomorrow stay tuned and healthy!
