UHS Vice Chancellor Malik Mubashar has been facing many corruption allegations.Advocate General Punjab Mr.Ashtar Asaf has ordered VC.UHS Malik Mubashar to resign and reamburse the looted money back to UHS. AG Office took the step on basis of Co-Warranto case filed by YDAP and Employees of UHS.
According to the case following points had been raised.
1.Mubashar is overage i.e, 67yrs.
2.Completed tenure.
