Well, coming to the plan of 6th day on "how to lose your weight", first see how much are you satisfied with your routine and how well you have adjusted everything in your daily routine. Be honest with yourself about following the routine and evaluating the results because this is where it matters where this is heading to. Just give your everything to it if you really want to get smart and look kool. Just remember
"If you didn't need a pill to get fat, why would you need one to get unfat?"
So all you need is the real effort. Coming back to today's routine, getting up early being an essential part as always. So get up early and let yourself breathe the refreshing breeze in.
Gear up for your jogging and exercise. While doing jogging, its good to listen to music. It can distract you from thinking much on how tired you feel and will actually keep you high. But you have to keep track of how much distance you have jogged for. It shouldn't be any less than that of last day atleast. Always try to improve and i think the effort that really counts is when you push harder right before you are about to give up. Then do push-ups but try to increase their number daily atleast by 2. Add some more and different exercises ln the routine if you feel like you can do more but want to try something different. You can do one of those simple exercises. In the evening, go out for a walk for atleast 20 minutes in the start. Then start increasing the duration when you feel your stamina is growing up. About the diet plan, increase fresh vegetables and fruits for yourself more than the baked items. Add vegetable salad with your meals.
Routine
-Wake up at 6
-Go for jogging and do it for atleast 30 minutes.
-Do push-ups in 3 sets with 8 reps each.
-Do some more exercise if you can do more.
-If you cannot gor for pushups yet. Do this. Lie flat with ur kness in semi flexed position and both hands at the back of your head. Try to raise your head towards your knees and go for repititions as much as you can but atleast in 3 sets with a rest of 40 seconds between each set.
-Relax and be confident.
-Eat simple food. Have just two slices of bread with fresh juice for breakfast. This wont be fulfilling but you hav to be patient.
-Have an apple 2.5 hours after breakfast.
-For lunch, have something that is just fulfilling and not much. Add salad to your meal.
-Same goes for dinner and have something fruits whenever you feel too hypoglycemic.
Just keep your water intake at optimum level. Eating less doesnt mean less water. So you must take care of it.
